From the moment you honour us to capture your wedding day, confident that we can document every sentimental & beautiful moment. We, from start to finish will guide you so that you can feel comfortable, relax, have fun & truly feel the La Este Film experience.
The details and planning, leading up to your wedding are important. This consultation gives us a chance to get to know who you both are and the vision for your big day. We will guide you through planning a photographic timeline, converse about important aspects, our process, photographic locations, inform you of any tips we may have and suggestions to ensure your day is seamless and you enjoy every moment and trust us to capture every raw moment of your wedding day.
Your wedding day is just as important to us as it is to you. We hold every wedding we capture close to us as we are truly passionate about capturing one of the best days in peoples lives, in a way we like to describe as modern, timeless & romantic. It’s finally here and we will be with you every moment of the day. Easing any worry, taking initiative, working seamlessly with other vendors, offering our down to earth yet professional personalities and utilising our 8+ years of experience to ensure everything is captured meticulously right down to the very last detail.

Our Process

An overview of our process from your initial enquiry, our team arriving on your wedding day to capture the key, intricate & authentic moments to the moment you sit down and view your wedding gallery & relive your love story.

Initial enquiry

You have honoured us with your interest for La Este Film to capture your special day. We will inform you of our availability and then speak in regards to everything about your day. We then send you a personalised quote and on acceptance we move onto securing your date.

Pre-wedding meeting

We will stay in touch in the lead up to your big day, exciting times are ahead! You will receive an automated catch-up email from us two months prior to the date to arrange a time to have a virtual meeting and finalise every last detail, here we can assist with timelines and offering our expertise advice to make your day absolutely seamless.

Securing your date

How incredibly exciting! This is where you finalise your deposit, receive our questionnaire & sign your online booking contract with us. We’re so thrilled you have carefully selected La Este Film to capture your wedding day.

The wedding day

Your wedding day is here and we’re super excited for you! Your wedding is just as important to us as it is to you and your closest friends and family. We will arrive with amazing vibes ready to create stunning imagery & memories of every raw moment of your day.

Preview photos

Within 24-72 hours after your wedding day we will be working on your preview photo collection that will be displayed on your online wedding gallery that we will send to you via email. This will include ten to twenty high quality stills from your day to share with friends, family and on social media.

Photo & film delivery

You will receive an email from us approximately 4-8 weeks from the wedding day with your beautiful online collection of photos & films. Sit down with your partner and enjoy this time together to revisit the enchanting memories of your wedding day. You can then also order prints through your online gallery website that are delivered straight to your door.

Highly recommend Hamish and Courtney for their videography and photography!! They captured our wedding at the peak of the wedding season. They were completely professional, cool calm and collected. Which REALLY helped myself and my husband stay in a good mindset for a day that goes super fast!
We never felt rushed to get photos and they captured all the moments we envisioned. We had a few handfuls of highlights pictures from the day by the end of the night which my Husband and I viewed with a glass of champagne in our room at the end of the night.

Hamish and Courtney captured our wedding in Werribee in March. They did such an amazing job, and we are thrilled.
The communication was amazing, they are very reliable and professional.
My partner and I aren't naturally very comfortable in front of a camera but these two made the whole experience fun and relaxed. They gave us lots of direction so we felt calm and confident in our poses.
They were also flexible and happy to adjust to our plans as we updated our venue and times. We got almost 20 sneak peaks the next day which was so exciting. We cannot wait for the rest of the film and photos to arrive so we can relive it all again!

It’s taken us so long to write a review because how do you put perfection into words? You can’t - perfection is in our photos and video. Hamish and Courtney from La Este were absolutely phenomenal! Our photos and video turned out beyond perfect and we have had so many compliments on them since our wedding day!
